Could be a couple of things ,,,, If the washer resevoir frooze in the recent past it could have split the motor/bottle or hoses attached, it may also be the anti return valve (Y shaped) on the hose work split and causing a drip !
The washer pump is located directly on the washer solvent resevoir, to remove it just disconnect the washer solvent hose and pump electrical connector, then just pull motor outward. it is just a snap type fit to the resevoir.
May be the resevoir bottle may have something stuck in it, you are right, you may have a clogged line. Also check the routing of the hoses to the squirt that they are not pinched or kinked. Any washer fuild leaking anywhere?
I'm sure you filled the washer resevoir 1st. If so then listen for the washer motor with the key "on" with engine off. If no washer motor sound then that will have to be diagnosed. If the motor is heard then look for a leaking or disconnected line.
