SOURCE: Right front wheel gets hot.

It sounds like a classic "hot brake", your caliper is probably stuck depressed on the rotor. You will probably need to replace the caliper and both front rotors as the one that is getting hot is probably warped. They are replaced in pairs. Get the rotors/caliper and do it yourself. It really is a simple task with minimal tools/mechanical expertise. Get a Hanyes repair manual and it will be a breeze and save you $1K.

SOURCE: Rear end in 1999 chevy 1500 binds on turns

well i had the same problem everyone told me the clutches in the rearend were sticking making it stick in positive traction (only your passanger side rear wheel pulls unless you start spinning then a type of clutch engages the other side so you have traction then when you stop spinning it disengages it should never be engaged if your on pavment) now you can do what i did listen to everyone when they tell you its normal or you can take it to someone with experience now and save yourself some money cause it will start popping then it will get some viberation then next it will break the clutches and when that happens you will have to replace the pinion, ring, and the spider gears as well as the clutches.make sure you have pleanty oil in rearend if you dont add the limited slip conditioner it might free clutches up but if i had it to do over id put it in the shop or stop driving it before i broke something hope this helped

SOURCE: 2000 corvette convertible top rear window came

This is a common problem with many cars. It is delamination. If the window is loose in spots, it can often be repaired with urethane adhesive like glass shops use for windshields. If the glass is more than 30% delaminated, chances of fixing it are slim. With the glass all the way out, you need a new top. Karl at topgunwon.com

Replaced sway bar, backend is still swaying, when I hit a bump the backend moves like ots fish tailing

Could deff. be the rear struts on this car but could also be that the alignment in the rear is way off causing the wheel that is supporting the most load when hitting a bump or pot hole to pull the car in the desired direction that that whell is angled toward. But if you are leaning towards replacing the rear struts do that first since it also requires a 4 wheel alignment then all the bases are covered. Otherwise if you try the alignment and that isn't it you will have to pay for a second alignment after the struts are replaced.

You have a broken suspension spring that is for sure, without the specific type of car that is about all we can offer here.

Around 30mph a vibration comes from the right rear of the car. whats the likelyness that its a wheel bearing?

most likely to be tyre/wheel damage (from kerbing etc), wheel balancing, wheel bearing or suspension bushes worn. pretty much in that order.

Front right wheel is leaning inward. vibration when on highway

You have a major amount of positive camber. You car must be undrivable. Did you hit something? You need to get it into a suspension centre and find out what has been bent.

Unbearable humming vibration in rear of car

It sounds like one of your rear wheel bearing hub has gone bad and needs to be replaced before you lose your wheel. I am thinking to pay attention to the right rear wheel hub bearing than needs to be replaced, they go for around $170.00 at Auto Zone and they can give you the step by step instructions to get the job done with common tools or you can use there loner program if you need to borrow a tool you may not have. With the car parked walk to the rear wheels and push and pull on the top of the tire (Side to side), feel and listen for any play. You should not hear or feel any play at all unless the wheel hub has gone bad. It take less then 1-1/2 hour to change the wheel hub and less if your good with tools. Good luck and keep me posted friend. Be safe.

1984 lincoln town car has noise and vibration only when turning coming frm the back of the car.

Lots of things to check. Rear wheels, lug nuts, loose suspension piece, rear wheel bearing, since this is a rear wheel drive car i would also check the u-joints. From your description, it sounds either like a loose wheel or a wheel bearing, since the noise and vibration only occurs when you are turning. Hope this helps you, Rick

Rear wheel tilt 1976

Wow you have picked my brain from 1989 when I was in the body shop business. I used to fix fiberglass vehicles and most were corvettes. The older guy I used to work for showed me how to set the rear suspension up and we would jack the back of the car up and turn a cam and nut on a trac bar. The tire would be tilted at about 3 degrees inward (bottom of tire). You then would lower the car and the tire would set almost straight... I mean .... (ever so slight tilt). It has independent suspension as you well know and if you have checked the u-joints this is the next try. Worst case, a good alignment shop can fix your woes.
