pull your plugs and then get a breaker bar or a large ratchet with a leverage bar. Disconnect your belts and remove your crank pully. Find the apropriate socket and turn it. if it moves its not seized, However this does not and I repeat this does not mean there is not a lot of work ahead of you. You still nead to find out whats wrong and then the bigger problem how to fix.
If you have no clue of what the first part of the directions are please don't try this. Taking everything apart can just make a bad problem worse.

take the battery posts off. by disconnecting the battery for a good 15 min you will wipe the residual memory on the computer then plug back in and try again. hope this helps

try starting it in neutral. also, try firmly shifting in and out of park a few times. sometimes the neutral safety switch thinks the car is in gear when its really in park. this switch will not allow the car to start in any gear except park and neutral. good luck
