How to remove airbag, pull steering wheel, and get to the turn signal switch to remove and replace it.

if turn signal does not work, check the bulbs and the flasher. The flasher should be located under the dash near the steering column, but it's not necessary to take the steering wheel off unless the turn signal switch itself is bad.
