Question about Cars & Trucks
Where is the dip stick
That is a sealed transmission (non servicable)so it doesn't have a dipstick.. You will need to take it to a shop to have it serviced.. There are plugs on the side of the transmission ( high and low). Open the high plug, the fluid should just trickle out of the hole. If it needs fluid add until it starts to trickle. It would be better to take it to the shop and have it serviced.

its fairly easy to be honest.you only need the tool to check transmision temp.it should be checked at a temp of 40 degrees c.so i reckon 10-15 mins from cold on idle(dont drive it ) should be about right.then remove the plug in the sump.this exposes a tube that goes in to the sump that is the right length so that only excess oil will drain out.Bassicaly the tube allows the sump to drain until the correct ammount of oil is in there.if you need to top up there is a short tube with a red cover over the top of it.remove this and top up until oil drains out the sump from the hole where the sump plug goes.go here for a picture that explains all.......

There is no automatic transmission dip stick on your car. There is a long procedure to check and fill and you will need special fluid from VW. Better left to the dealer. If you want the procedure let me know.

if there is no dipstick on a transmission there is NO need to add fluid. This is called a sealed transmission some BMW have this type of tranny the oil is changed at service intervals that vary from different companies/make and model the average is 24,000-60,00 interval. the oil needs to be measured and pumped into transmission from the bottom of vehicle. I hope i answered your question. thanks for using FIX YA.

Your transmission is sealed and has no dip stick, checking the fluid level properly involves using a factory scan tool.

THERE IS NO DIPSTICK. CAR MUST GO TO DEALER TO HAVE CHECKED AS SCANNER HAS TO BE HOOKED UP & MUST BE BROUGHT UP TO TEMPERATURE TO CHECK LEVEL
