How do I kno my clutch is bad 1-3 are fine 4-5 seems to have no power

Not a clutch problem as 1st is the hardest on a clutch sounds like internal failure in the transmission gearing and sincros

If the gears grind when you try to put the shifter into gear, chances are you've got a bad slave cylinder, or master clutch cylinder.

Sumtimes wont stay ideling,starting ok but get it up 2 3rd or 4th n push in clutch n it dies.pop clutch n bomb start it starts n runs fine.did this once b4 but it stopd stallin out n ran normal again so...

can be 4 things. (or EGR is sticking open)
1: bad elect power to EFI (fuses)
2: compression drops , hot,
3: bad spark, loose
4: bad fueling , too much or too little.

there is a simple test for each.

My 2005 suzuki aeiro wont start.battery is good . wont turn over

what transmission,?
this can be 3 things, if it wont jump and batter is good.
bad connections at battery or starter.
1: bad starter.
2: bad (A/T shift switch) or bad M/T clutch switch.
3 bad ignition switch.
4: bad wire or connections end to and start system.

hot wire the starter solenoid, if car starts (cranks) then its 2 o 3.

mostly these problems are caused by the pressure plate but how does your clutch feel is it lump or normal the way you are used to it

About the only thing you didn't mention was the starter itself. You could have it tested. But before that, try to see if you have power on the small wire to starter solenoid on the starter, when key is held in cranking position. Pull the small wire off and check for power with a multimeter or a testlight while someone holds the key in crank. This is the signal wire from ignition switch that closes the elec. contacts inside solenoid so the starter gets full power from the battery to spin. (This wire also is in the circuit with the clutch switch and the starter relay.) If you have power on this wire in crank, it is very likely the starter is bad. If there is no power, check that circuit out. It is losing power somewhere from switch to starter solenoid. Good luck.

it is very possible that the clutch master cylinder has malfunctioned
what happens in your case is that there is a compensating port in the cylinder that becomes blocked and when the clutch is released the fluid is pushed back by the pressure plate fingers
it has no where to go so so the plate is held in a partial or fully disengaged position causing it to slip
it would be good workshop practice to replace both the slave and master cylinder with new units then bleed the air out
it is a very common practice for mechanics to replace the clutch leaving the customer with an extra bill when all it was ,was the master cylinder

    Being a single piston master i do not see how it could be holding pressure on the the slave cylinder. if your clutch petal is releasing high you need a new clutch and pressure plate

    70 TR6 shifts ok when u double clutch but not so good otherwise

    adjust the slave cylinder to throw out fork clearance to about 1/4 " between the two
    altitude can need a timing setting but only about 1 or 2 degrees advanced
    talk with an carby specialist shop to get the correct main jets or if su carby the right needle for the piston
