Have a shop pressure test the cooling system and then look for the leaks.

I drive a 94 mustang and all of a sudden there is fluids leaking under my driver side dash and ideas???

If it is a standard transmission, suspect the clutch master cylinder to be leaking clutch fluid internally. This fluid is usually clear in color. If it is green, suspect coolant leaking, possibly from the heater core inside the car on the passenger side. If the fluid is red and the vehicle is equipped with a speedometer cable, suspect transmission fluid traveling up the cable and dripping.

if you see no visable leaks, or puddles on ground under vehicle to pinpoint leak, but keep having to add coolant I would suspect intake gasket leak. coolant burning through exhaust system, when really bad excessive white smoke from exhaust will be noticable

2004 Taurus has strong chemical smell

The tank is loosing coolant because there is a leak somewhere in the cooling system. I would have the system pressure tested to verify there is a leak. Sense there is a odor in the car and the coolant is low ..I would suspect the heater core is leaking. A pressure test will help locate the leak in the system.

My ford has a leak on the right side front it smells like coolant over a two day period all the coolant leaked on the ground what do i do?

Well depending on what engine is in this vehicle, it could possibly be the water pump that is leaking or possibly a "freeze out" plug on the block. I would say it is more than likely the water pump. If you have no noticeable leaks from any of the hoses or radiator, i would definitely suspect the water pump or possibly the thermostat housing may have cracked and started to leak. My suggestion would be to look at all your hoses carefullly and then check the housings where the hoses connect to the engine block, if no signs of coolant are present, check around the water pump for noticeable coolant leaks. Hope this helps in your search for that coolant leak.

You're going to need to visually inspect for leaks and if no external leaks are evident I suspect your head gaskets are leaking again - check oil for coolant in oil - it will look milky

Does it leak water or coolant? Big difference. If its coolant, it could be the heater core, In order to repair it, you must first find out whats leaking.

check condition of radiator, radiator & heater hoses, look for spots wet w/ coolant.look more or less straight up above where coolant puddles on ground.engine block is equipped w/'freeze plugs' that sometimes corrode & leak.washing suspected area of leak with an engine degreaser product may aid in locating source of leak.
