Easiest way to reset any radio is disconect the battery leave for a few minuets and reatatch make sure you have the code before doing this if its a coded stereo good luck ivan

Make sure there isn't a secondary fuse box like under the hood or under the dash to start. Many vehicles now have two fuseboxes with redundant fuses for the same system. If thats not it you need to get a cheap voltage meter and start diagnosing from the farthest point out til you find the place where you voltage isn't getting through. Good Luck

you will need to remove the cd player from dash
take top off of it and remove cd your self it seems to have got jammed in there
then reinstall it and put cd back in that will fix the problem

I guessed it has a V6. Find the junction block (J/B) and check 20A DEDICATED fuse 1 which feeds power to the separate amplifier. That may have been the source of the pop
