SOURCE: Instructions on how to remove a rear door panel

Firstly, if you don't know how...I doubt you can remove it anyway. Take it to your local car stereo installation shop and ask them NICELY to take it off - explain what the problem is (lemme guess the window/lock doesn't work).
Good Luck

Tail lights quit working on 89 buick lesabre...also dash lights

check your dash ground. the tail lights and dash lights run on the same circuit.

if the fuse is good, a ground is your most likely culprit.

Need running lights on a buick lesabre how much

depends on what is wrong.first check fuses. fuse box should be under dash on left hand side. may also be a fuse box underhood. check all fuses with a test lamp. replace any blown or open fuses. if tail lamp fuse is open and blows again you will need to trace wirng harness to find cause of short. check in rear of vehicle. remove tail lamp asm to see if any wires have been pinched or shorted to ground under the mounting bolts.(common problem) .good luck
