My blinkers don't blink on our 97 Jimmy. I have checked all the lights and they are working. When I turn on the blinkers they turn on and off the way that they should but don't blink. I have checked all the fuses and they are good. I have purchased a thermal flasher but can't find where to replace it on this car.
Located uner dash near centre must pull down all plastic inder dash there should be more then one flasher module there should be right in front of centre concole.

Same problem but the blinkers don't even work at all. The emergency flashers work, but not the blinkers, Please help.
My radio turns on but has no sound. The blinkers flask, but no sound and the backup warning system does not alert with any noise. I checked the fuses and the are in good shape.
