I change everything posible to solve this misfire at cylin #2 but nothing, change sparg plugs, wires, hoses, egr valve, egr modulator, tps, idle air valve, clean carbon deposits, set valve clearance twice, mass air flow, injectors, test coil, distribuitor cap, rotor, timing chain, and nothing solve the holy misfire, the only thing i dont know how to test is the igniter,
The igniterinterprets signals of time and position from the distributor, fits the efi ecu with information and then the ecu gets back to igniter to tell it when to fire specific cylinder, we used to have problems with the distributors and also igniters.

Here we are again. I feel like I have answered this 3 times. There appears to be nothing called an 'ebcv' according to my research. Do you mean 'EGR', exhaust gas recirculating valve? If so, there is help in the link
posible you have carbon loose at the egr valve when egr stuck you go to see smoke and mis fire same part store sel a egr gasket whit screen to solve the problem
Did you check compession it looks like you have low compression and posisibly fuel injector problem or just do a complete valve job if you see any white smoke
think its time to remove the head and renew the gasket ,also remove the valves and renew the seals and gring them in a bit ,maybe even renew the valve springs ,or buy a newer vehicle as its nearly 20 yrs old
youll need to check the vacuum lines on the 4.6 engine in the back where the pcv valve is look when running , the engine is the pcv hose collapse? is there any vacuum hose leaking at idle, this will cause a lean misfire upon accleration. okay no vacuum leak let the vehicle cool off.when this vehicle is cool you are going to run a test you can do this you did a tune up. start the engine test the EGR the top of the valve. does it get hot? feel for it . does it get warm. I mean like it get hotish. this valve can be stuck open. okay , do this on the EGR is a hose pull it off does the idle from rough go away? if it does this is the problem. You did everything right you need to solve for vacuum leak use your ears
pull wire off # 2 see if idle changes if not there s no spark... test coil....test all vacuum lines for leaks also. if all good then idle speed sensor.
Yes it Still Can be the EGR valve Replace it i found one For About 69.00 OEM they normally run for 89-120. Replace it just cleaning it is not enough they go bad especially if its original. and they tend to read same codes when its bad.Hope this Helps.
