The car most likely needs to be reset have you tried disconnecting the power cable from battery for up too 30 mins. i would do that first and if it still persists then you have to take it to dealer and have them reprogram the pcm or ecm i hope that solves it

I have a 2006 Nissan maxima and I changed my brake pads and after about 20 min the brake light, tcs, abs, and slip light came on the cluster it does not affect the ride of the car or the way it brakes its...

On of the wheel sensors is mis aligned or bumped while you were changing the pads. You may have even broke a wire to the sensor. Re check all the pads you replaced and look for the wheel sensor and make sure it is good and tight and the wires are intact. When you find the bad on you will fix the issue

The speedometer on my 350z stopped Working

See if there are codes stored, pull them and start from there.

It may just be a bad vehicle speed sender to the speedometer.

Tcs off, slip and engine management light with no power

Sounds like the car is stuck in fail safe mode, most likely a problem with your eltronic throttle body or possibly airflow meter.

I am planning to buy a nissan maxima.but the seller said the ABS.TCS and slip lights are on which is making the tranny to slip a bit. is this true. 1. why would the tranny slip? 2. why also are those...

can be an expensive problem the abs and tcs module under the hood is probably going bad the tranny slipping is probably what is causing the othe lights to come on. the tcs stands for traction control system if it feels a slip in the tranny like on a gravel road or wet road it assists the vehicle into getting better traction.

TCS, SLIP and ABS lights on

Check your brake fluid first. If that is low, top it off and recheck. If its ok, than you will need one of the rear ABS sensors. You will need to plug it in and find out which side it is. That's really the only ABS issue that car has. One of the rear ABS sensors fails.

SLIP/TCS

You need to go to the dealer and have the vehicle scanned for codes. If it has an ISC code it may just need the Idle Volume Learn performed. This can happen when the battery is disconnected for a long period of time. Hope this helps.

TCS/SLIP & Check Engine Light Warning

TCS is Traction Control System, and all TCS's are controlled though the Anti Lock Braking (ABS) system. Here's how it works:Each wheel,or in some cases, only the drive wheels have a speed sensor mounted near the hub or axle, and sends a speed signal to the PCM (Powertrain Control Module). The PCM monitors wheel speed continuously, and if it sees a speed out of the ordinary, say for example the right rear tire is spinning and traveling at a much higher speed than the left rear, the PCM will pulse the brakes through the ABS system on the right rear to slow down the right rear so that the left and right wheel speeds match up,this is how the traction control works. So,if you have a TCS problem, the PCM will see this and set a Dignostic Trouble Code (DTC).You need to pull the DTC's out of the system with a scan tool, diagnose and repair the DTC's.It could likely be something as simple as a malfunctioning wheel speed sensor, but you won't know until the codes are pulled out,as this will point in the general direction.Good luck.
