There are two fuse to protect the radio.

One is for power, which is OK because the radio is working.'

The radio/clock memory positive (constant on) may be disconnected or the fuse is blown.

The horn on my sequoia randomly went off,no one was driving it it was just parked in the drive way. I had to unplug the horn.

Could be a motion sensor is going bad (sensors that detect someone breaking in). See if you dealer can verify they are OK.

How can i disconnect the horn

its easy.. locate your horn(s) under the hood. Most likely they'll be mounted close to the front bumper. Once you've located them there will be a simple plug that you'll to unplug and your horn will be disconnected. its not necessary but i would put some tape around the plugs once disconnected to keep dirt and water out just in case you decide to reconnect your horn in the future

Recommended timing belt replacement.
90,000 miles
Note : This engine is an interference engine, which will cause major engine damage if belt is to break. Also good idea to replace water pump.
