You cannot replace ignition cylinder. Make the car key is the best solution, there is a good website to provide the car key programmer, you can go to view it.
There are a number of reasons that can be wrong, it sounds like it might be something with the alternator.

u need a new key the Senty key Immobilizer module has not recognized a signal from the key during engine startup and means that the Skim anti-theft system has locked the engine down.

If the key is returning to the 'Run' position as it should, then either a relay controlling the solenoid or the solenoid itself is hanging up. The heavy contacts that send power to the starter can develop rough surfaces that can temporarily weld themselves together causing the starter to run on even though the engine is running and the key has returned to the proper position. There is also a spring that should normally help return the solenoid's contacts to their 'off' position that may be weakened.

it could be that the theft system has something to do with it .it proably that the ignition system has a device in the module the locks the system up when the theft system has been activated you should have the dealer check the ignition system or the theft system check.
