Question about 2000 Isuzu Trooper
The fwd indicator on my jdm 1993 bighorn blinks when the transfer case is in 2H. i have repeatedly tried the procedure to disengage four wheel drive by putting it in 4H, driving a few meters before shifting to 2H and reversing to no avail. i had read in itoc.uk that it could be a vacum leak in the front diff. drive line system. checked the electrical and vacum connections but could not find anything wrong. how do i correct the situation.
I have 3L diesel manual gear 2000. Happened once after the FWD vaccumed operated fork mechanism in the front axle got a very small kick and bent very little. This happened by some sand that entered between the front plate protection and theFWD mechanism. I had to opeb and ground the shaft end. Vaccum was OK.
