Question about 1990 Toyota Supra
Hi i have had starting problems on and off in my 89 supra for about a year now and i usually can get it going off a jump from another car, this is starting to bug me as i was looking at the engine when i saw a spark as it started, seemed likke it was the alternater that it came from. can anyone tell me what this could be??
Also supras are known for having crapy battery cables its a good and easy idea to replace bothe the POS and NEG cables and new connectors.

Quick test but be careful of a spark... start the car... unhook the battery cable... if it keeps running battery... if it quits... alternator needs to be replaced.
