Question about 1996 Land Rover Discovery
I was able to remove 8 of 9 water pump bolts, but I cannot reach "hidden" #9...tried, without success, to remove the fan and air pump to try to get to #9...did not help...very frustrating...do have any "secrets" or "hints" on how to get to the lower right #9 bolt, or fan removal or ???
Remove the fan by renting a spanner tool for this at Autozone. Take the fan off and then it is easy to access the waterpump. I just replaced both water pump and fan clutch on mine. Both need to be replaced if you are replacing one or the other. Easy job. I have found original bolts are sometimes hard to remove but do not break them off if possible.

This site has a lot of information regarding your Discovery including pricing, specs etc. I suspect you can find what you need here:
I was going to write that typical fuel pressure ranges somewhere between 15 & 25# and would have been 12# low.
Guess checking before pretending expertise is wise . . .

use a dot punch and hammer and try, by hitting the sheared head part of the bolt, to turn it anti clockwise, once it starts to move, it should come out very easy,
