The blower motor is not working. a wire may have come loose, or the fuse is blown. i think on the 2005s the blower motor is located where the passengers feet go. i attempted to replace this myself, and realized before i started that it wasn't worth the 55 bucks to have someone else do it.

SOURCE: Heater fan only works on high speed 4.

sounds like the switch is bad. Test the power coming in to the connector and use jumpers to get the fan to operate at all 4 speeds. if it works then it the switch.

SOURCE: Heat/AC Blower fan speed only works on High

Alot of people have the same problem with the fan switch and blown bulbs. There really is no fix for this. Jeep really screwed up when designing the heater control assembly. The cheapest solution is to buy another unit off Ebay. Can always go to the dealer but be ready to PAY for there mistakes.

blower motor regulators go bad because of the switching between low and high speeds. some times these are under the dash and require tiny hands and lots of patience.

Where is the fuse for fan blower in nissan pathfinder 2005

Does the fan work at all? If it does work but only on one speed, then the resistor block is shot and needs replacing. If the fan does not run at all, then one of three things may be wrong, the fuse, the control, or the blower motor........and the fuse should be in the interior fuse box.

No heat on 2005 nissan pathfinder

The owners manual gives a procedure for obtaining diagnostic codes from the Body Control Module (BCM) and displays them on the HVAC control display panel. Some things that may be at fault are, a defective heater pump, which will lead to an air lock in the system, or a defective blend air door motor in the heater and cooling unit assembly. It is system which can tax the patience of the best of diagnosticians.

Fan doesnt work in low speeds

The resistor is blown , just behind the glove box is a spot where one bolt is showing , looks like a open square cut out the screw holds it inside the cut out , remove the bolt swap out the resistor , but make sure you slide the resistor back inside the open slot , that slot helps keep the resistor from over heating , easy fix may be 10 minutes tops , ebay has the resistor , buy 2 i am on my second one in 5 years

Locate the fuse pannel and check for blown fuse...If fuse not blown - check fan control relay for proper operation - If thats not the problem check for voltage at the switch.

Pathfinder blower problem

I would look at the blower motor itself. The heater circuit works, since you can adjust the speed of the fan. The blower motor is behind the glove box, right above your right foot, when you are sitting in the passenger seat. Turn your heater on speed 3 and tap the bottom of the blower motor (round piece about 4 inches in diamater at the bottom of the blower assembly is the motor itself) with a hammer. It may come on, but it may not. If it doesnt come on, then you will need to unplug it (2 wire plug) and check for power at the connector it self. Good luck and let me know what you find.
