Question about 2003 Ford Windstar
The clicking in dashboard stopped and then there was no more heat. Everything works but no heat. I bought a used car and the heater worked for about 45 miles with a clicking sound. Now the heater doesn't work what-so-ever. The clicking still remains though.
The clicking noise you are hearing is the temp door actuator. It is located in the center of the dash. If you look behind the radio from the Passenger side of the van you will see a white square box with a black or green connector in it. Remove the connector and then remove screws that hold the actuator in place. Install a new actuator and reconnect the wire connector. This should take care of your problem and your heater will be fixed. I hope this was helpful.

I have a 1999 dodge intrepid and it is making noise there also it started two days ago. The same day the car stalled, we are checking out the fuel pump because the fuse keeps blowing. Can the clicking noise and the fuse issue be connected what should we try next. The relay was replaced and the fuel pump makes noise.
