I have a 1999 3.8L Buick engine. The filler neck has a large o-ring and twists into place on the front top of the valve cover. The filler neck only needs about a half-turn to be in posiiton. It is keyed with pastic tabs on the neck so it only goes in one-way. Let me know fi this helps or you need more infromation.

The bumpers are available for around 35.00 wholesale, the paint is waht is expensive, Installation is a breeze. Bolts on each side and clips to wheel skirts, Headlights may need to be removed I can't remember, also under the car is a shield that attaches to the cover. It will come right off after that. I think a couple of clips under the hood holding it to the core support, I do so many of these it is hard to remember exactly how each one is attached, but just installed one on and acura rsx,.
