It is very possible you got another bad sensor! I would try that again first~ If you were running the trans for a long wile with low fluid there might be tranny damage and may have to be looked at by a pro! It could also be a sludge build up (replace filter and fflush and replace fluid!

You have two sensors on the drivers side of your transmission. INPUT sensor and OUTPUT sensor. I believe the one you need is the INPUT sensor. Your check engine light should be on. If you can get it scanned your trucks computer will tell you what the problem is. GOOD LUCK FRIEND.
If it wont shift at all, its very likely computer related. Its unlikely it could be vacuum because of its age. Their is a computer for newer trans and sometimes some of the components can fail. I once bought an accord that lost 2nd and 3rd due to its computer, shifted great after i hit the junk yard. If it shifts hard though, solenoids and valve body gasket.
you need to replace clutch pack for that gear can be ordered seperately from parts store or dealer if you want to save money call peach street auto recycling at 1800-365-2341 for a warrantied used one! also might be time for change trans filter and fluid filter could be slightly clogged but I lean towards clutch pack I replace these alot on Hondas
