Question about 2000 Jaguar S-Type
I have a 2000 S Type Jaguar washed the engine blew it off and now it wont start
This is why it's best to steam clean an engine. It's less likely to cause this problem. Maybe pull the plugs and wires and make sure they aren't fouled, or that there isn't moisture in your distributor cap.

Most likely you will just have to wait for it to dry on its own. It is best to wash a engine while it is running so the ignition components stay dry.
