Question about 2001 Toyota Camry
I just had some repairs done to my camry to correct check engine light, now that it has been reset, how many miles do I have to drive before getting an inspection? I uually don't have many problems with my car, but recently my camry has been giving me some problems. When I first crank it up sometimes the battery will just cut right back off then it acts like it will cut off anytime down the road. It really scares me. I've had multiple things done to it including: Getting a new battery, oil change, and having different car salesmen look at it. No one can find what the problem is. Now my check engine light is on and i've taken it back to the shop they've done multiple things to it and it always seems to be something wrong. What should I do now?
I really hate to say this but it sounds like you need to take this car to another shop, one that specializes in electrical problems. Try going to a couple of diffrent auto parts stores and ask around. They will know who is good on electrical. Also if you live in a state where you have a emissions test done if your check engine light is on it probably won't pass.
