95 Park Avenue none of the windows come up or down go down rather

Chances are it's a blown fuse if none of them work. If the drivers side works and none of them do then check the window lock switch.

Fuse panel is located in the driver side under the dash or on the kick panel on the driver side beneath the dash.

My fan wont work for the heat and ac

You may have a fuse blown for the Fan Motor. Check your fuse blocks (under dash first) and look for popped fusses.

Bad ground under the dash, no doubt. Check all of your chassis ground connections.

The fan heater is not working?

fusebox is under the drivers side lower dash area usually, but in some models its in the glovebox to the left side,,and some are under the hood near the drivers side shock tower(or above it)plastic box with a snap-on lid..) in the lower dash a panel cover need to be removed by taking two screws loose and removing the cover..fuses should be inside check the larger amp rated ones good luck..

Blower motor to heat and defroster does not work

you may only have a blown heater blower fuse, look in the fuse box for a blown fuse.check both fuse boxes, including the black fuse box under the hood. if fuses are good, try tapping on the fan box on driverside under dash, sometimes leaves get in it and stop it up. if you don't find the fan box under passenger side dash, look under hood on passenger side on firewall. hope this helps and thank you for choosing fixya.com

1996 chevy cav. heater/ac fan not working. help... the wife is driving me crazy about it.

you may have a blown fuse, check the fuses under the hood, you may also find another fuse box under the dash check them too, if no blown fuses it could be the fan switch is faulty or the fan motor is faulty.....hope this helps.....cheers

Heater fan want work

first thing to do is check fuses under the dash. if none of those are blown you probably need a new motor. ive seen motors last forever though so it probably is just a fuse. some vehicles have a second set of fuses under the hood as well and some even put fuses on the sides of the dash.

I would suspect the blower resistor based on your description. The resistor is located under the hood on this vehicle
