Under the passenger glove box, take it out you will see it,to remove it you need to slacken the airbag bolts(disconnect battery first) then it will come out ok,if you dont you will break the new fan putting it in

There are three mounts. One at the front of the engine and one under the transmission. Then a torque bar under the middle.

Hear whining sound only when heater is on.

Is it the heater fan making the noise? Some can be lubricated, others have to be replaced. I hope this is helpful.

Heater fan stopped working after hearing clicking noise under dash

Need to change fan motor, it may have been blocked by something, but the motor has burnt out. This is a difficult job, and the wiring near the fan may also be burnt, more difficult. I would sell the car.

2006 kia sedona today the heat and a/c just stopped working. There was no loud noise or anything to signal it was breaking. No fan comes on, no compressor kicks in, the lights on the dash don't

Check fuses end relays. Fuse could be blowin. If the lights don,t come on on the heater control panel for the different funtions, Mostly the fuse has (Blowin)

Heater and aircon not working, loud rattling noise and smoke from vent, now not power to fan

It appears your fan itself burned out. When a field coil of an electrical fan burns out it usually makes a lot of smoke. The noise could be something that fell in there that stopped the fan from turning freely. I can imagine it heated up under the strain and burned out.

When you restarted it was burnt out so hence no noise and no fan.
The smell of the smoke should also be clue. Electrical field coils burning has an awful soury type of smell.

Hi, My name is Hunter, Got in my truck its a 1997 chevy k1500. Its been sitting for a week in a parking lot. When I accelerate I hear a noise. It comes in around 13-15mph and is very random after...

Possible that it can be due to belt slippage , mainly the fan belt. Stop the engine and check the belt PLAY, if this is more remove the fitting bolts of the tensioner and adjust the tension of tehbelt to tighten it further.
Now if there is still noise coming out while it accelerates then the clutch, brakes or wheel bearings need to checked.

The blower motor makes horrendous noises on the higher speeds. On speed 1, I don't hear any noises. There's a little rumble on 2, and the 3 and 4 shake the whole car. This is happening when the heater is...

Sounds like the bearings that are on the shaft which the fan turns on are in severe need of lubrication. You can remove the fan unit and shoot some WD40 onto the shaft and bearings.
