To reset the the light , turn ignition switch to off position , press and hold the select/reset trip button , while holding the button turn ignition switch to the on position , with the engine off , continue to hold the reset button for about 10 seconds until indicator resets , your done.
you will see like 5 dashs blink then 4 then 3 then 2 then 1 then all flash . problem solved .

It just means it time to change your oil. If it has been changed recently and you just want to shut your light off just hold down the trip reset button. While holding it down turn the ignition on but do not start the engine. keep holding the button down for approx. 10 secs. the light should start flashing and then go out. then release the trip reset button and turn the ignition off. and the light will be reset.

Maintenance Required Light flashes 5 times

I have the same problem and I read in the user manual that it flashes as a reminder to get oil changed. Depending on how many miles between changes it flashes different amount of times. Manual tells how to reset the gauge. Might be more than that but check your book first.
