1986 Toyota pickup, Hilux fuel pump

- darn, I was hoping it was the fuel pump, so I wouldn't have to replace the carb. Way more expensive. It is probably the accelerator pump because when I push the choke? on the top of the carb it doesn't accelerate there either. Of course this is all guess work on my part, but it makes sense. Thank you so much for the tips and getting back to me. Have a great New Year. What does carb draining down mean?

- I did change the carb and it was old, but the throttle cable was worn out and so was the spring. It's fine now. Thanks for your help.
