Ok you guys, goto this website and sign up. Once you sign up, goto the accent forum, there is a manual there and other people have posted topics on how to replace timing belts, you can also post any problem you have with your car there and others who have the same car will help.
hope this helps
best wishes, David

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Go to hyundaiusa.com and then click on OWNERS on their menu bar. Then create a new account for your specific Hyundai vehicle year and model. Once you successfully log into your account, under the My Vehicle page you should see an underlined link labeled "Owners Manual". Clicking on this link, you will then be able to download a complete PDF version of the original owners manual.

I would think you could get the English version by simply contacting your local dealership manager & get their Parts Department to order you a copy.
