Question about 1996 Chevrolet Blazer
The first thing I try when this problem occurs is to press the gas pedal to the floor (don't pump) and let the engine crank for a while without letting the battery get too far discharged.
If it is only a momentary problem with flooding which can wet the plugs and stop them from firing, this will allow more air into the engine and dry the plugs off so they can fire again.
If this doesn't work, then you need to establish whether it is fuel or spark that is missing.
