I had a simaler problem in my 2002 sedona. try replacing the EXT fuse in the engine compartmentand check the rear hatch light inside. Mine kept blowing this fuse because this light bulb was bad.

Had the same problem but when I went to replace EXT fuse there was no fuse there just a rubber plug in the fuse spot. The rubber plug says don't touch. Owners manual lists that as the fuse for tail lights. I've had the since new (2002) and I know the lights used to work. changed the fuse and now works fine, but seems very strange

Exact same thing for me, but I remember that the tail lights stopped working when they changed my computer. Just wondering if it could be them that added a rubber fuse when changing the computer and forgot to put a fuse back in...

Just wondering if the rubber plug was in there because of the light sensor

Spot on, I just got the same problem, both tail bulbs were ok but no lights and couldn't find a fuse listed for them, relaced the EXT fuse and it did the job and yes tailgate bulb was blown so I expect that was the root cause

I have no break lights or turn signals

Turn signal tail lights and BRAKE LIGHTS NOT WORKING

It can be faulty brake light switch causing the problem or its blown brake light bulb. First check and confirm brake light lamp is working and that's not the case.

For turn signal not working it can be faulty turn signal switch or its issue with wiring:----

On 2002 jeep laredo brake lights dont turn on if lights arent on

That does not make any sense. Do the tail lights work? There are supposed to be separate filaments for brake lights, tail lights, and turn signals. In particular the center brake light should not be possible to be confused with tail lights or signals. Does it come on? If not, then you probably have no brake lights at all, and that is probably because of the bad fuse or the switch on the brake pedal for the brake lights.
If there is some sort of cross over between tail light and brake lights, that is usually from a bad light socket ground; which results in current backing up from one system to another. But then each is usually only half brightness.

Check the cable, connector or the holder, this might also be cause of fuse box problem, sometimes fuse seems to be ok but the fuse slot get ionised salts that makes a connection problem. You can swithch the wires for indicator with tail light wires to make it sure that the holders or bulbs are ok

I have a 2005 Kia Sedona... My tail lights are not working. Brake lights, reverse lights all work...

Try replacing the bulbs. If that doesn't work, check the fuse and replace if necessary. If that doesn't work find the relay and replace it. If that doesn't help, then you have a break in the electrical system somewhere.

Tail lights don"t work, brake and signals ok

Check for dash/ instrument lights. I would say there is a fuse bad and you just haven't found it yet.

I have no tail lights on my 2003 Kia Sedona.

I'm afraid to say it is most likely the circuit board shorting out
but may be trace the earth point to the chassis. It's often a bad ground that causes faults.
After this - check bulbs and finally the cable run back to the switch.
