Do you know what was repaired in the last instance that corrected the issue?

My suspicion based on your trouble description is that the blower motor resistor has probably went bad and in need of being replaced.

The Heater Blower On my Honda Civic 1997 Only works on the 2 High settings but Does not work on the lower settings please help

Hi, it could be the switch, but it's usually the resistor. Remove the glove box and unscrew the resistor from the top of the blower housing. Pull the resistor out and inspect for heat damage. If it looks good, please get back to me for test procedures. Otherwise, replace the resistor.

1997 Chevy S10 pickup Fan switch for heater runs on high only.

replace the blower motor resistor located on the heater box were the blower motor is located the wiring to the blower may go to it. This is very easy to locate if you buy the part first.

Good chance it's the resistor . Will be in circuit between switch and blower, usual locations are on ducting under dash on passenger side, or behind glove box. Locate wires coming from blower motor, and follow them back to resistor.

A/c blower issue. 2202 chevy trailblazer

your blower resistor bad or the blower motor control switch is bad. no air flow from top vent make sure vent open.because you can manual adjust them not to blow air on you.if all is good.you have leaking vacuum hose or vacuum actuator.or air door stuck.the AC and HEATER control switch.is bad.its not allowing vacuum to open air door.

I have a 2001 Chevy Malibu LS 6-cylinder and my heater blower stopped working. I checked the fuses and they are all good, I assume the motor for the blower is bad. I believe the blower is a 1997 - 2003...

Replace the blower motor resistor. Remove the shroud below glove box, 2 screws and a snap-pop fitting. Be careful of the courtesy light. Remove the blower moter and disconnect the purple/black power connector to it - - you'll need this extra room to work with. 2 more screws, same size, 6.5mm on mine, 7or 8mm on some others, that holds the blower motor resistor in place. This replacement part is less than 40 bones at most parts store. Unplug, replace, re-install, test and you're on your way with about 2 hours of slow paced effort in your own driveway. Typical cost at a garage - up to $400, what a sham.
