How hard is it to change a Heater Core on a 1996 Chevy Silverado. My heater is worthless. I've changed the Thermostat with a Stat 195 degree and flushed out the heater core. Still no heat! I've also...

If you flushed out the core and have good flow through it, likely the blend door inside the heater box is not opening. Check the vacuum motors on the box and make sure they are moving as they should.
How difficult the job of removing the core is depends upon your skill level but no one I know likes doing one. Get a chiltons or haynes manual and review the process before attempting the job...if it sounds difficult, don't do it (keep the manual though it's helpful for other stuff)

1996 chevy blazer, need to change the heater core. Can someone point me in the right direction or give me a diagram?

the right hand side of the dash underneath you will find a box with water hoses attached that will be the heater core, possibly look under the hood on the pass side and see if you can get to it there . probably not though. it will be difficult. go to pep boys and pick up manual for your model of vehicle will show everthing.
