If it just started doing that, check your radiator coolant level, if low, take off rad cap, start engine, turn heater on, and add coolant as needed, but leave cap off until rad cooling fan comes on & off 2 or 3 times at normal operating temperature before you put cap back on, to bleed out the air. When did it start & what have you had checked if anything?

Was it low when you checked it? If it's cool now, re-check & let it run with heater on & cap off. Rev engine a little every once in a while just to circulate quicker/better. Was heater working recently o.k. ?

2000 dodge neon that blows cold air all the time

hi, you could probably start by bleeding the air out of the radiator, thats not to hard and is easy to narrow out,
if the heater core is cloged you could try flushing it out, you could take both heater hoses off at one end and stick a hose in and check if there is flow through it, if there is good flow then check all vacume lines etc... if you know where the right line is you could try and overide it by borrowing a vacume line from somewhere else or bloing into the hose to see if anything changes...

My daughter has a 2000 dodge neon that blows cold air for heater all the time. Just replaced thermostat. I have been told it could be the blend door stuck (vacuum issue) or heater core clogged or bleed air...

You most certainly never go to a dealer, unless money means nothing to you. If it was under warranty then by all means go to dealer. Check for vacuum leaks. If you had any the engine may act up some. Blend door could cause it. As it is warming up keep feeling both heater hoses. When the thermostat opens one will be so hot you won't touch it and the other close to the same, that will be the heater core return. If you can hold them you may have a valve in one of them or in the system not working and allowing water flow thru the heater core. Should be able to get that part at auto parts store. Let me know how you do & we can continue from here That valve my be vacuum operated and you can move the lever to open, then if it gives you heat, replace it. Some are electrical. If so don't put 12 volts to it unless you have a schematic showing the feed. Dont want to ruin computer

2002 dodge neon only blows cold air

you may have a cable or rod disconnected or broken under the dash which connects the hot cold switch to the air diverter door. the door may be in the cold position and with the cable broken it can not change its position. make sure this door is operating first.
if it is then your problem is more then likely with the heater core you can try flushing the heater core by disconnecting the hoses going to the heater core from the engine side of the hoses and putting a funnel in the hose so that you can pour water through the core if the water flows freely then this is not your problem. reconnect the hoses.

Heater problem

This is probably an easy one. If there is antifreeze in the radiator then the thermostat and gasket needs to be replaced. Good luck and keep us posted.
