If you want to do this the Correct way, Go to www.Schoche.com and Put your cars Info in and it will tell you which Kit and Harness to Purchase. Wal-mart carries these and may have the ones that you need. So, After you look them up call wal-Mart and check. Cheaper this way Also!

My 2006 trailblazer cd player keeps saying inializing. It won't allow me to eject the cd or put one in. It just keeps saying inializing.

I had the same problem with my cd player. Are you using burned disc in the cd player? I had to bring mine in and have a new radio installed good thing it was still under warranty at the time. I have not have the problem since.

Wanting to install a cd player in a 1977 mercury grand marquis, wondering y an old tape deck will work but a modern day cd player will not. Is there a wiring harness that i can use to install a cd player?

Hi,

NO problem here, the supplier of the CD player will have an interface(wiring plugs adaptor) that will convert the original wiring to suit the (new) replacement unit. A good Auto Elec will also solve any problems but the interface wiring will illiminate all this. Good Luck

2006 grand cherokee cd player dont work

There are two power sources for your radio...one is full time and powers the clock, the other is on the accessory side...only hot with key on. check that power supply. Remember...fuses dont wear out...they blow for a reason. If you find a faulty fuse replace it...if it blows again, it is because there if a fault somewhere.
