Question about 1993 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme
I believe that year had the 3.1L or 3100 engine in it, (correct me if I am wrong and I'll see if any corrections to my information is needed). If that is so, then replacing the thermostat in that engine is not as straight forward as most. The reason is that the thermostat is mounted in a vertical position on the side (drivers side) of the engine and is in tight quarters because it is surrounded by the cross over exhaust pipe and boxed in by the throttle body and a few other things.
It can be done, but it is time consuming getting to it.
