Normally what you find in this case, is that the sensors at the wheels &/or there reference points get rusted or dirty from sitting and don't send a proper signal. If you have the ability or resources to find them & clean both, on each wheel, you may save yourself some money. Let me know if your up to it, and I'll try to give a brief description of what to look for, and how to clean them. It involves jacking it up & pulling wheels. You may even get lucky enough to hit the carwash, and spray in behind your wheels, to dislodge dirt etc that may be causing your problem, but don't get hopes up too much on that, but it has happened.

By the sound of it, the ABS is showing failure, this can be due to moisture in the brake fluid, you may need to get the brakes fully bled to remove any moisture. Once the car warms up, the manifold vacuum is kicking in for your brakes to work properly, and this is usually when problems show up. Could also be that there is a vacuum leak somewhere between engine manifold and the brake assist unit. The ABS is simply lighting up to say that something isnt right. If bleeding the brakes doesnt fix it, the next step is to search the rubber vacuum line/s between the power brake unit and the engine intake manifold. If there is no problem there, could simply be an electrical fault that would be a 20 minute job for an auto electrician.

My 2005 Chrysler Sebring started and turned off three times now, it just has a blinking red light?

Anti-Lock Warning Light (ABS) - If Equipped This light monitors the Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) described elsewhere in this manual. This light will come on when the ignition key is turned to the ON position and may stay on for as long as four seconds. If the ABS light remains on or comes on during driving, it indicates that the Anti-Lock portion of the brake system is not functioning and that service is required, however, the conventional brake system will continue to operate normally provided that the BRAKE warning light is not on. If the ABS light is on, the brake system should be serviced as soon as possible to restore the benefit of Anti-Lock Brakes. 24 7 Locksmith Orchard Park NY 716 710 7400 Locksmith Orchard Park NY

93 honda prelude abs light on it has code 1

Code 1 is pump failure. You can try to "exercise" the pump by engaging the ABS. Do this on an empty road or parking lot. Also changing the fluid in the pump. These might prolong the life of the pump, but most likely it will need to be replaced.

Abs light and parking loight come on

Any ABS failure will cause this. Probably a speed sensor issue. You need a scanner to watch data while driving. Not a home fix for this one. Sorry

2001 Mercury Grand Marquis brake and ABS dash lights on and off

The red brake light is the key here. That usually indicateds a hydraulic problem. Check you fluid level in master cylinder and see if it is low. Also the level indicator sensor there in the master cylinder maybe sticking or corrioded. If ABS sees the red brake light it will shut off and turn on the ABS light, also traction control would be disabled as well.
