Yes, Indeed, Robo...I agree with you one-thousand percent...

My passion for customer satisfaction is unmatched. I grow weary of the banal posts in the Lounge, the whining and the crying...It would be most beneficial if we would ALL band together, and come up with a common set of goals that need to be implemented, or at the very least, considered. IMHO, when this site was first conceived, the thought was wonderful, but that glorious thought shadowed the realities of what would/could happen. And, we see it all too much with the BSEs. The Model of the FixYa concept is new, fresh and treading uncharted waters, Da? Unfortunately, the model never took into consideration of how the Experts, that FixYa NEEDS to continue/succeed/be profitable, were never entered into the equation. The Admins just "threw open the doors", and expected us, and those before us, to start making them money. That is all well and good, BUT, in order to continue, one must adapt/change to strive for more money, more profitability. The downside of that is the unwillingness to implement "change". The refunds are getting too high, the Clients are getting jackked off, and the experts are dropping out, because there is no recognition of us, the CORE of FixYa...the GURUS... As a SM, you know as well as I, that money is NOT always the "prime motivator" of an employee, RECOGNITION is. Da? We lament in the Lounge, desperate for recognition of our thoughts...I STILL think that the 10-15 of us real-deal experts could come up with a viable model that improves FixYa, serves the Clients better, and attracts more and better experts...The end result is a win-win-win. We ALL mke money...

Happy New Year to You, too, Mate.

Just post a comment somewhere in the lounge that I have mail; I don't check it religiously, I only use it to collect e-mail addresses from clients in order to send them .pdfs; I don't want their e-mail addresses displayed on the site. Please comment back when you read this, so I know you got it.

Hey Ed Hey Ed, must be the service manager in us that seeks to improve the quality of answers. You seem to have been going all the same places that I have over the past year, perhaps more vehemently than I;). I have not had the time to contribute to the discussions lately, but soon again will! I Dont know what to make of that guy bluey.... in a desperate hurry to "start earning" looks like. He had my attention even before he started asking questions in the lounge. Looks like a p!sstaker to me. If FixYa STOP paying the BS ****,they will go away. Sadly, I have never heard of an instance where they didnt get paid, even though they have been banned, so back they come again. I guess the public netbashing type outfall of a "non payment", justified or not, is less than desirable for FixYa,so they pay, and the banned BSers come back and go again... and again.... You are a good bloke mate! Don't loose faith, Lauren does hear, and understand and takes notes from the discussions, and what better brains trust to work on the issues, than top gurus at FixYa:). They got the best in the world helping them debug this new and creative way to solve the consumers problems Happy New years mate.

The heater works every now and again. When it works it works perfect though. The blower works good just no heat.

Check coolant level first, and make sure it's topped up to proper level in bottle. Let me know what you find.
