How can i locate the blend door switch and replace it so i get heat on floor and not just defrost

You don't say the make and model and year of manufacture of your car. Come cars have vacuum controls for the blend door. Others have electric motors.

My air condition and heat works on defrost only sometime comes out vents last seconds didn't matter were controller set

Not sure what year, make or model vehicle is in question, but the issue is due to an actuator that has gone bad. Sometimes referred to as a mode actuator or blend door actuator. This actuator controls where air/heat will blow from (defroster vent, forward vents, floor vents or combo, etc.). Good luck. Ron @ Speed-O-Repair.

its called the blend door actuator
its either stuck or or broken or shorted out it is deep in behind the dash located inside the air box where the heater core is and the ac condenser is its a fun job as for you have to rip your dash apart

Usually a sign of a faulty blend door under the dash. You should have someone check the blend doors to see if they are working correctly.

No dashboard heat output

The climate control was poorly designed on these cars.

There is only heat on the floor and defrost settings, due to the layout of the ductwork.
