I can feel the heat or the cooling if I put my hand on the vent but not mkatter where I adjust or how I adjust the fan speed there is nothing... worried about the windshield now...weather is changing here in Chicago and I will need the window clear of frost and moisture....
I would say either the blower motor is not running, or the blend door is not opening to let the air thru the system.
Someone would need to verify the blower motor is running then check for a dirty cabin air filter or a stuck blend door.

I would check if your vent to the outside is open. If it is I would check the vacum hose that controls the vent to open and close.

Sounds to me like you have a loose connection to your blower motor. Start by checking the fuse to this and make sure it is seated properly, not rusted or broken. Next, look under the passenger side of yoru dash and see if you can see the wire that connects to your blower motor and make sure it is connnected securely.

First check coolant level, not enough will cause both problems. If thats ok its probably a stuck open thermostat, will also cause both problems
