The brake light fuse for this 1992 Lincoln continental is located in the fuse box located on the driver side of the dash.You will need to look under the dash on driver side. i have enclosed a picture diagram of the fuse box and i have circled the brake light fuse.This fuse is in slot location # 1 and uses a 15 amp fuse. hope this is helpful. any other problems let me know, good day.

ABS at the starter relay

All vehicles are equipped with a fuse panel located on the left side of the lower instrument panel.

This sounds like the PCM has taken a turn for the worst. The pcm relay sends power to the fuel relay for 2 seconds to prime the fuel system just before start up.
Then the pcm ungrouds the signal for a prove out.

It was difficult to figure out how best to describe where it is at, so I thought maybe an image would be better. I believe it should be labeled as 'Fuse Panel' or something along those lines.

In the image Ive linked to, the fuse box is just above the item marked #2 in the picture which is the blower motor. The fuses for your fans should be in there along with the fan relays. Hope this helps.

buy a set of factory manuals used. There is not just one picture.
the fuse box in the driving area is in the owners manual. The engine compartment diagram is in a book called Mark VIII Electrical Vacuum and Troubleshooting Manual.
