if you can put fuel in throttle body and it runs. then it is not getting any fuel. check your fuel pump fuse and the relay, if ok, then you may have a bad fuel pump or a plugged up fuel filter. check filter and fuses first. good-day !!
You don't have a carberator on it, it's fuel injected. Id try spraying carb cleaner in the throttle while you have someone turn it over. If it fires up for a few seconds then dies then you might have a fuel pump problem or fuel filter clogged. If it still doesnt fire up then check if you have spark, if no spark see if your crank sensor is good and if your coil is getting power. If your coil is not getting power you might have a crank sensor problem. Try this and let me know if it helps.
the dash sound's like a fuse, check the fuse box under the hood and in the door jamb on the side of the dash, also check your fuel filter and fuel pump, im betting on the pump because i have a 2001 chevy blazer that has had two replaced and it has 233000km on it!
small gas engines 101. gas+air+compression+spark=vrrrrrrroooooommmm i doubt its a fuse. make sure all cylinder have good spark. try and run some seafoam through the gas tank and i would look at the timing - im not sure how you know the timing didnt skip but that sounds like your problem.
