Question about 2003 Toyota MR2 Spyder
Occasionally when I depress the throttle on my Spyder I get nothing....nada. After a few seconds unable to move in a busy intersection the throttle response returns and all is well for a while. This is a fly-by-wire throttle and I get no codes from the ECU/TCU. This has happened on upshifts and downshifts as well as accelerating from a complete stop. Toyota has no fix and as I'm past warranty they have no real desire help. MAF is clean, TPS is good and I have done the ECU re-learn twice but the problem persists. I love my Spyder but am most concerned about the dangerous predicament it places me in.
Its yours APS happened to mine too

You might check the throttle cable for adjustment..check your timing too is sound like your not getting enough fuel or clogged filter or injectors sort of that justify before make your conclusion..
