Make sure you have power at the blk/pk wire from the neutral safety switch at the trans in reverse if so check for open to back up lamps. does the vehicle have keyless entry or auto day/night mirror?

My 1992 ford ranger driver side tail light wont work but the reverse light does the bulb is good done checked that any suggestions

They are separate bulbs.
are you saying you check both of those bulbs?
if you did, and the taillight/marker light is a good bulb, then it's either the bulb receptacle, or the wiring going to it.

What would cause 2004 thunderbird left rear turn signal to not work and bulb is o.k.

You need to check for power to rear light if none start to check wiring in reverse. Usually at turn signal switch or under drivers side carpet.

Reverse light does not work, checked bulbs and fuse and they look good, any suggestions?? 2001 ford focus sedan.. thanks

If the bulb and the fuse are good, (the fuse will affect other circuits as well, not only the reverse lights), your next stop is the reverse light switch. It is located on the gearbox and is a switch with two wires coming from it. Remove the wires and touch them together and see if the reverse light comes on with the ignition on. If they do, you need to replace the switch.

Reverse lights don't work. Replaced the bulbs and they still do not work. Brake lights and turn signals work. Whats the next thing to check? And if a fuse, which fuse on 1992 Jeep Cherokee?

Check ur CONNECTiON on the transmission reverse switch! Located on ur transmissin itself, raised or go underneath ur vehicle to check on it. Wire connection might have been pulled out by hitting something underneath! Reverse switch might not been working anymore! Taaah!

Brake light, reverse light and turn signal issues

Hello. The symptoms you are describing are likely due to a poor ground. Temporarily install a new ground wire by securing a piece of copper wire to the frame with a self tapping screw. Use this ground wire along with the hot wire to see if each of these lights works. If it does, trace the ground wire back to the frame, unscrew it and clean up the metal with emery cloth so you reestablish a good ground.

How do change the rear right turn signal light bulb in a 94 ford thunderbird?

Typically you have to pull the (cardboard) liner in the trunk away from the light assembly, to get to the bulb. Then, gently twist the bulb holder one way or the other, until it comes loose from the tail light housing. Gently push the bulb in towards the socket that holds it, turn it counter-clockwise, and release the bulb. It should come loose. Assembly is the same, but in reverse.

1996 Ford Thunderbird LX (lights on outside of trunk) The brake lights and turn signials work and the left side of the trunk lights up but the right side dosen't and I can't figure out where the bulb is to...

The housing for the bulb is behind the cover. You will need to remove the screws (sometimes just push in clips that can be pulled out) and pull this cover off. At this point you should be able to see the wires going to the bulb/housing.
