Guess I must assume this is a stick shift and that what you mean is it is hard to move shift lever. I would start by changing the trans fluid and insuring the clutch system has no leaks and is working properly.

SOURCE: What are the future problems of the BMW 650i?

The future problems? Now that really narrows down the possibilities. The biggest problem is running out of money once the warranty expires. The second biggest problem would be letting the wife or kids drive it.
Maintenance, maintenance, maintenance. These are very high maint. cars.
Electric seat motor and cables should go kaput. As will the drivers side electric window. The rear tailights will get water in them and quit. The oxygen sensor will quit leaving a check engine light on. The Bosch electric fuel pump IN the tank will quit as well, leaving you stranded. Get it replaced every 40-60 thou miles.

SOURCE: hard 1-2 shift and hard

Hi:) Inside the transmission their is parts called accumulator pistons and spings that control the amount of force the transmission engages and disengages with Have a mechanic check out the valve body in the transmission and this can be done with out taking the transmission out of the car.

How do I jump start a bmw 650i. I do not know where is the battery located

BMW batteries are usually under the rear seat, however there are special terminals under the hood which can also be used. It really makes little sense to work on your own car without buying a cheap shop manual, especially a BMW.

I have a 2009 650I that I bought 3 weeks ago. It has an intermittent problem with the passenger door lock. 3 times since I bought the car the passenger door will not open even though it is not locked. ...

Next time get a car that doesn't have so many electronics on it. The more there is of that, you will always have a problem. Try the fuses. Open the door panel and look at all of the wiring. That's all I have.
