The battery on my 2005 mazda drifter was taken out about a year ago. A few days ago i tried to start it up and i noticed that the alarm would not work. All other functions are normal, starting etc. I replaced the battey for the remote, but still no positive result. Could the alarm module contain its own battery?

could be the type of plug you are using.I was told only to use ngk plugs.I recently put bosch plugs in my mazda 3 and the check engine light came on and it started missfiring.

Check your coolant. If the coolant is low, you won't get heat in the cabin. Make sure that the fan is turning on as well. Check coolant sensors also. Good luck!

Have your fuel pump checked out. If the battery is fine, then it's probably the fuel pump.

sounds like keyless entry module failure or PJB box failure wiring check required
