Question about 1998 Chrysler Concorde
My car wont start.. when i do get it started and go to accelerate, give it gas to take off, it bogs down like it is not getting power, then once i get past 20rpms it drives o.k until i slow down or try to speed up then it bogs again. I took it to autozone they checked it, and the code it read out is P0340 probable causes #1 cam sensor defective #2check connector and wiring to sensor and #3 engine mechanical condition-timimg belt/chain out of time.. after they did the diagnostic check on it , it did not want to start at all. finnaly got it started drove home and parked itsomesay it could be the sensor, or the timimg could be out. I dont know about cars and would hate to spend money on it for work that is not needed.. any answers would be greatly appreciated
On the throttle is a valve/sensor with a carbon track in it and i think it needs changing .not a cheap thing
