After I started my car, I noticed that my clock on my radio wasn't blinking and all I could get was static. My car started OK and my signals were working so I didn't think to much about it. When I got in my car to leave in the evening my car started but I had no dash lights, my over head lights would not come on, and my headlights would not come on. My turn signals would work but I had no brake lights. My electric seats would not move, but my electric windows would work and instead of a radio station I was listening to a TV show (two and half men), but if I moved the car all I had was static.

2008 Hyundai Accent Left blinker blinks rapidly when headlights are on, but works perfectly when headlights are off.

It's possible that the blinker and brake/running lights on your vehicle are independent of each other. Usually on vehicles, when the blinker is blinking fast, it means there is a light bulb out on that side of the vehicle. I would check ALL lights while they are on and make sure all are lighting up right.

The headlight switch would have nothing to do with brake lights and turn signals. The turn signal switch would.

on the brake peddle there is a switch when you press the brake peddle..check to see if after you press the peddle it should activate..it could be stuck or out of place...you may need to get a new one..
the blinker you will have to purchase a blinker relay...ask any part store for it...

Right tail light not working when pressing brake w/ lights on.

There should be at least 2 bulbs in the light assembly. One light is the light that is on when you turn on your headlights with out the brake pressed, the other light only lights up while you press on the brake. Make sure you are replacing the correct bulb. You may have been replacing the bulb that stays on. Your lights may be set up to turn off the light that stays on when the headlights are on while pressing the brakes.
