First make sure you have removed the negative of your batterie. I had the same pm that prevented the blower motor to operate in any speed. I hope this will help

SOURCE: Rear wiper motor not working

most likely the wiper motor is bad the second wire sould be a ground if you set meter to ohms you sould be able to get a low resistance to any good ground on the vehicle if the hot wire is hot any time key is on the bcm is controling the ground to operate moter and you should have a steady continuity on the ground side with switch on the fast postion an it will read on and off in the intermitant postion if both wires test good motor is bad when you replace motor let it cycle and shut it off before installing the arm on it

SOURCE: Need serpentine belt routing diagram for 1994 Dodge grand caravan

3.3L?
Looking at the engine from front (right side of the Van): Stating at the Top, Going Left to Right and Clockwise:
Over the Alternator
To under the Idle Pulley,
To Over the AC Compressor.
To the Left Side of the Water Pump.
To the Right side and Under the Crankshaft Pulley
To the Right side and Over and Down the Tensioner
To Under the Power Steering Pump
And Back up-to the Left side of the Alternator.
Advise when puting it on:
Put the Belt around everything else accept for the Alternator. After it is around all the rest of the Pulleys - Pull the belt up - tight from the Power steering Pump and the Idle Pulley to form a loop, holding the Belt close to the Altenator Pulley.
Using the 15mm wrench or belt tensioner bar - rotate the Tensioner Pulley towards the front of the Van and then place the belt over the Alternator.

Fill rear window washer fluid tank for 2010 dodge caravan

The washer fluid comes from the same reservoir as the front, it is routed via tubing to the high mount center brake light lens where there's a spritzer nozzle.

MY WIND SHIELD FLUSH WATER IS NOT WORKING, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

check that hoses have not come off or are being pinched when closing your hood

if living in below freezing temp. make sure using all season fluid, check for clog via sediment also in hose or in the outlet/port itself.

Reservoir is full of fluid, hear pump noise when button is pushed, but no squirt on window. Front winshield washers and wipers work fine, as does rear wiper.

Park the vehicle in a dry area, try pressing the washer, open bonnet and have a look to see if there is any water on the ground or in engine bay, if there is then one of the hoses that go to the washer nozzles have broken or come off, simply replace, if there is no sign of water, get yourself a fine pin and clear the nozzle with it (where the water comes out from), if you can get behind the nozzle you can also blow it out with compressed air, usually this happens after polishing the vehicle.

Rear window washer does not spray fluid. When I push the rear window washer button, the front washer/wipers turn on. The rear wipers work normally.

I have the same problem with my 2000 chevy blazer as skornec had posted. I kinda already figured the hose or spray nozzle was plugged. But the problem with checking those items is that I don't know where the hose is located to the back wiper. And the only thing that could be I see that could be the spray nozzle doesn't even have holes that washer fluid could spray from. So basically I just would LOVE if someone could please inform this lame brain of where to find the spray nozzle on the rear window and where in the interior of my blazer does the washer hose run.

Water will come out for rear washer but will not come our for windsheild

Each window uses it's own pump & set of hoses. You'll need to first check the resivoir under the hood, fill it to make sure it's got good washer fluid in it that is rated for the wiinter temperatures in your area.

Nozzles do freeze up even with the windshield washer fluid if it's not rated for cold enough temperatures.

When you operat the washer pump you should hear the motor humming & if you do, and have fluid, then the nozzle is probably plugged and wll have to be cleaned.

If you don't hear the pump when you try to use the washer with the switch, then the pump or a fuse is bad & will have to be replaced.

good luck
