I'm not sure of the question, but u left the lights on and the battery is dead? U can do several things,
1. the best would be to buy or borrow a battery charger if u don't have one, and charge the battery overnight.
2. U can use jumper cables to start the car (make sure u connect them properly) and let the car run for awhile to recharge the battery
3. remove the battery, some parts stores offer free 2 hour quick charge for free (autozone ), and u can have them test the battery to see what kind of shape it's in. A good quality battery will last 5 years if not abused, and charging system is working ok. Let me know if this does not answer your question.

Lights went out and radiator fan stays running after car is shut off

It sounds like an alternator, yet you say the fan still worked after you disconnected the battery? And the car was still running? Or the car died out. Sorry, need some more details on this one.

Heater fan will not turn off even when car is turned off 94jimmy

Replace the Resistor located near the blower motor.Under the dash. It may be a little hard to get to. it has a plug of four wires and a couple of screws you have to remove. The reason your other problems are happening is because you disconnect the battery and the Computer (ECU) deprograms itself .
