SOURCE: fuel like issue; nissan sunny (sentra) b14

First from the fuel tank in side the fuel tank there is filter remove the screws on the top where the fuel gauge fitted when you remove gauge you can see fillter that is one sometimes blocked.

Next if you check fuel filter it is ok, but nissan sunny has fuel filter inside the caburator where fitted fuel pipe from the fillter clean that filler.

ather thiing is check your connections any leak or loose.

SOURCE: 97 nissan pathfinder - cant get fuel lines off fuel filter

there is a special fuel line disconnect tool. You can grab one at any auto parts shop. they are different sizes so bring in new filter to check size.

SOURCE: have 1999 nissan pathfinder.

An easy check is to spray an easy start into the air filter and, if it starts then dies, then fuel is the problem( since you switched the filter, then pump is next)
If it doesn't start or even try, then an electrical fault(plugs, or plug leads cap etc).

Unplug the ECM connection and see if those lights go off.For some reason the relays are not turning off and are controlled via the ECM.

Usually a sputter will occur under load conditions like going up hill from a lack of fuel. Start by changing the fuel filter.

There is no need to bleed the fuel system. Do you want to drain the old gas? You can just disconnect the fuel line at the engine or if front of the tank and jump the pump relay socket to power up the pump.

2001 chev suburban 5.3 gas, engine dies after you start it up. It acts like it is starving on fuel. Could it be fuel pump, fuel filter or what?

try reving it after you start, if it still chokes or sputters your right. if not check your battery guage. i'd try changing your filter first because its the cheapest option. you might want to consider flushing lines too. worse case you'll need a fuel pump sending unit.

1995 Nissan pathfinder sputtering and chugging when on gas idled fine

Based on what you have stated the vehicle idles fine and when you are giving it some gas it starts to "sputter and chug". This would leave me to believe that you are not getting enough gas to the engine when it is under a load and that can be a few things, so lets start with the simplest and that would be the fuel filter, which is located under the hood on the left hand side of the engine. It is fairly large and very easy to change and it doesn't cost a lot, around 10 bucks. ( I know this as I own the same year and make of vehicle and have replaced my fuel filter due to the same thing) If for some reason that does not work, I would then buy a can of Seafoam for engines/fuel (it can be ran in either) and that will cure any clogged injectors that you may have. The last thing that I would do is test the fuel pump to see if it is supplying enough fuel to the engine. I have 232,000 on my 95 Pathfinder and the fuel pump is working just fine and is the least likely of these that will go out. My money is on the filter. Best of luck to you and let me know how it works out.

92 Nissan Stanza sputtering and stall

You may have frozen fuel lines. Sounds like not enough fuel is getting to the engine. You may need to bleed the system and change fuel pump, fuel filter and check the injectors
